Alcoholic fermentation:

In steel at controlled temperature, with periodic pumping of must over grape dregs and maceration on skins for 10-15 days.

Ageing:

6 months in second passage barriques and then in bottles for 6 months more.

Organoleptic properties:

intense ruby red with very thick colour patterns. Bouquet of typical cabernet franc varieties, with clear nuances of green pepper and a hint of sage, but also red fruits like ripe cherries and blackberries. Revolving in the glass immediately brings out its dense and concentrated consistency. In the mouth it is full, round, pulpy with elegant tannins and excellent taste persistence. The finish is sustained by a pleasant freshness which gives the wine longevity.
