Winemaking process:

quick pressing of grapes at low temperature, subsequent second
fermentation using the long Charmat method lasting over 4
months.

Ageing:

2 months on fine lees in stainless steel vats

Tasting notes:

opening the bottle immediately releases
intense, fruity and floral aromas of apple, lemon peel, orange
blossom, acacia and jasmine. The palate confirms the olfactory
sensations, in addition to which there is a delightful note of peach
and kiwi.
Although complex, the palate is slender and it is extremely easy to
drink. The perlage is fine and elegant, thanks to prolonged second
fermentation.
