In honor of the autumn season, the “Fondazione Italiana Sommelier” offers a tasty opportunity to savor the wines of San Patrignano. On Thursday, the 10th of November, at the Frosinone Didactic Center a winetasting will be held “In Frosinone / San Patrignano is always an emotion“, a gastronomic event that allows the fruit of the Community’s wine production, known. Although San Patrignano is a relatively recent productive reality, it has become one of the most prized Italian wineries, to which the Italian Sommelier Foundation has been close for a long time. During the wine tasting, the Start sparkling wine obtained by the Charmat method and the Avenir bubble, made by a classic method, will be tasted; The proposed wines will be: Vie 2015; Romagna Sangiovese Superiore, La Spallata 2015; Romagna Sangiovese Superiore, Ora; Montepirolo 2013. And finally, Romagna Sangiovese Superiore, Avi, with the vintages from 2013 to 2005. In addition to wine, there will also be tastings of excellent gastronomic products from the Community’s supply chain: Pecorino Cru, salami, ham and olive oil, Paratino from the Tuscan estate of San Patrignano, in Cecina, harvested in 2016. To guide the tasting will be the teacher Luciano Mallozzi, supported by the sales manager of San Patrignano Piero Prenna, and by Roberto Dragoni, Community agronomist.
